WhisperQR is operated by BZNlabs Limited, a company registered in Ireland. By joining the waitlist you're entering an agreement with BZNlabs Limited on the terms set out here.
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in WhisperQR and lets us email you when it launches. It is not a purchase, a pre-order, a subscription, or a guarantee that WhisperQR will launch, launch on any particular date, or launch in any particular form. We may change the product, its pricing, its launch market, or its availability, or decide not to launch it at all, at our discretion.
WhisperQR is, and is intended to remain, a non-emergency vehicle-contact service — for everyday situations like parking disputes or a car left with its lights on. It is not designed, tested, or intended for use in an emergency, and you must not rely on it as one. If you have a genuine emergency, always contact the emergency services directly (112 in Ireland). BZNlabs Limited accepts no liability for any loss or harm arising from using or attempting to use WhisperQR, or any third-party service referenced on this site, in place of contacting emergency services.
Don't submit false information, attempt to abuse or overload the waitlist signup form, or use it to harass, impersonate, or collect information about anyone else. We may remove or block a signup that breaches this without notice.
The waitlist and this website are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, BZNlabs Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continued use of the waitlist after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
